We are committed to producing premium
quality jams and preserves using locally grown produce where
possible. Our products are Gluten Free.
All orders are carefully packaged
prior to despatch to ensure that your order arrives in excellent
condition and is of the highest quality.
We do however accept that on rare occasions, an
order may not have arrived in the condition that is expected.
In the unlikely event that
you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact

We will ask that you return
the incorrect or damaged item and we will arrange for a
replacement or full refund once the matter has been
investigated.
In the event that your order cannot be
fulfilled as requested, we will contact you to see if you are
happy for your order to be placed on back order, or if an
alternative product is suitable to you. If you do not wish
wait or to accept an alternative product, Jamworks of Glen Aplin will cancel
your order and will refund, in full, the total value of the
order if payment has already been made.
