Lemon Teacake

using any of Jamworks Butters

Ingredients...

1 cup Self-Raising Flour

1/2 cup Castor Sugar

60g Butter

1 Egg (lightly beaten)

2-3 tbsp Jamworks Lemon Butter

 

Method...

1: Preheat oven to 180c. Grease and line 17cm baking tin
2: Sift flour and mix in sugar
3: Add butter and rub together until fine breadcrumbs
4: Stir in egg to form a soft dough
5: Press 2/3 of dough into baking tin and spoon over Jamworks Lemon Butter
6: Crumble remaining dough over Lemon Butter
7: Bake for 30 mins and cool in tin
8: Dust with Icing Sugar
9: Serve with lashings of whipped cream!

Avocade & Cheese Dip

using any of Jamworks Caramelised Products

Ingredients...

1 ripe avocado

250g Ricotta cheese

1 tbsp lemon juice

2-3 tbsp Jamworks Caramelised Product

Pinch of chilli powder (optional

Salt & pepper to taste

 

Method...

1: Blitz avocado, cheese & lemon juice until smooth
2: Mix all together with remaining ingredients in a bowl
3: Serve with crackers

Janet's Thai Chicken

using Jamworks Coconut Conserve

Ingredients...

750g chicken pieces

1 cup Carnation lite milk

2-3 tbsp Jamworks Coconut Conserve

1 pkt Lenards Thai Green Curry Paste

 

Method...

1: Warm Carnation milk and add Jamworks Coconut Conserve
2: Leave one hour for flavours to infuse
3: Cook chicken
4: Add combined milk & coconut to curry paste
5: Add to chicken and warm through
6: Serve with veggies and rice
