postage & delivery information

Delivery within Australia

All orders are despatched via Australia Post to destinations throughout Australia and worldwide.

Jamworks of Glen Aplin charges standard Australia Post Rates for deliveries throughout Australia based on the number and GROSS weight (packed weight) of items purchased and on your destination. 

While we have no minimum order, we recommend a minimum purchase of 4 products as this will result in the most cost effective postage charge to you.

We endeavour to fill and despatch all orders within 3 working days of order confirmation.  Should your order be delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately.  Please allow between 7-10 days from the date of order/payment for delivery - if the destination is in a remote or rural area, delivery may take slightly longer.

A small additional packaging & handling fee (per order) is automatically included with your postage charge. Every order is carefully packed down securely to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Postage rates to your destination can be calculated at any time by proceeding to our Checkout, selecting your postal destination from the drop down list and recalulating your order. We recommend that you select from the 'Registered Mail' options for orders in excess of $50.00 in value as, should your order go astray, we will be able to track it through Australia Post.  We are not able to do this should you choose standard Parcel Post.

Please Note:

Our postage calculation system links directly to the Australia Post database to calculate the correct postage at our Checkout for you.  Australia Post has a single parcel weight limit of 20kg.  Should the GROSS packed weight of your order exceed 20kg, our Checkout will not be able to automatically calculate postage for you and you will receive a message as follows "Sorry, it was not possible to calculate shipping for this order. No Australia Post quotes were available for this destination".

Should your order exceed 20kg gross weight, you may wish to break your order into 2 or more smaller orders - the correct postage can then be calculated for each of those smaller orders and the payment process can proceed.

Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us directly either by email or telephone on 07 4683 4171 and we will provide you with a postage quote for your order.  We apologise for any inconvenience that this system limitation may cause.

Delivery outside Australia

Should you wish to order and ship any of our products to an overseas destination, please 'contact us' with your requirements and we will get back to you with a quote for postage.  We will also advise you of any restrictions on sending our products to your desired destination.
